INFO

What to do if you were arrested for a DUI:

If you were pulled over and arrested for a DUI you will be receiving a summons to attend court in the mail. You know you are arrested when the police officer places you in custody for any period of time. You know you were arrested because the officer would have read you your Miranda Rights (ie. “you have the right to remain silent…”) and he or she would have placed hand cuffs on you. If this is the case, call us immediately.

Your license can possibly be suspended:

If you were given a breath test or had blood drawn, you have 20 days to request an administrative hearing from the DOL. Failure to do so will cause a mandatory license suspension of at least 90 days for a first time offense. The DOL is separate from a criminal court case, so even if you have not been charged or given a court date, you will still receive a license suspension if you do not respond within 20 days.

How to hire me to represent your DUI case:

Our initial consultation is completely free. We typically have a quick consultation over the phone and full consultation in person at the office once you make an appointment. You can hire me remotely online. I have 24/7 phone support.
