Andre Egle is a highly experienced attorney, who recently joined Igor A. Shapiro Law offices, and oversees all civil litigation matters. Andre has practiced law in Western Washington for more than 20 years. He has substantial experience in both prosecuting and defending claims involving various types of bodily injuries (including, without limitation, injuries sustained in auto-accidents, work place injuries suffered by subcontractors’ employees, slip/trip and fall-related injuries, and injuries caused by dog bites); first- and third-party insurance coverage filed by builders and developers of any size against their liability insurers and by individual homeowners against their property insurers; breaches of sophisticated commercial agreements of various types; construction management and defects; breaches of governmental construction contracts; breaches of covenants not to compete and non-disclosure agreements; unlawful termination of employment (including discrimination-based) and non-payment of wages; misappropriations of trade secrets; breaches of agreements for purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate; violations of federal antitrust laws and Washington state’s Consumer Protection Act; enforcement of construction and other materialmen liens; residential and commercial landlord- tenant disputes, and legal and medical malpractice. Andre has acquired that diverse experience while work at a variety of prominent Seattle law firms among which were a nationally recognized litigation boutique, Byrnes Keller & Cromwell LLP, and one of the top U.S. litigation powerhouses, Susman Godfrey LLP. In addition to his impressive litigation career, Andre has also drafted a variety of commercial contracts primarily for companies involved in construction business, and agreements between individuals that involved a substantial number of subject matters.
